Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the Activity Director in designing and delivering lifestyle programming for residents throughout the community. Supports a program that engages each resident based on their individual interests, preferences, and abilities, helping to create a vibrant, person-centered environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in conducting one-on-one meetings with residents to understand their personal history and engagement interests. Helps plan and distribute a monthly activity calendar with planned activities each day. Supports a whole-person approach to program planning by facilitating social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, physical, and leisure activities. Assists with the volunteer program to provide a diverse range of opportunities for residents. Helps facilitate the resident council program, including monthly meetings. Encourages and supports resident-led activities within the community. Assists with scheduling and coordinating outings and events based on residents' interests and preferences. Assists in tracking activity department expenses and maintaining accurate spend-down sheets. Maintains an appropriate degree of confidentiality at all times. Displays teamwork and collaboration with the support center team, department heads, and all community associates. Participates in key management team meetings and functions as required. Performs other duties as assigned which relate to the success of Unbridled Living and the comfort of our residents.Pay:
