Job Description

The BodySpeaks LLC is seeking a dedicated Community Living Support (CLS) Provider to work with adolescent male youth participating in the YES Waiver Program. The ideal candidate will serve as a positive mentor and role model while helping youth develop life skills, social skills, emotional regulation, and community integration A male CLS provider may offer unique advantages when working with male youth by serving as a positive role model and fostering relatability through shared experiences. Some male youth may feel more comfortable discussing personal challenges, emotions, life goals, or gender-specific concerns with a male provider, which can support rapport building, engagement, and therapeutic progress. However, provider effectiveness ultimately depends on the individual's skills, experience, and ability to establish a trusting relationship with the youth Responsibilities Provide one-on-one Community Living Support services to youth. Assist youth in developing independent living, social, and coping skills. Participate in community-based activities and recreational outings. Complete required documentation and service notes. Collaborate with families and treatment team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Education, or related field preferred. Experience working with adolescents or youth with behavioral health needs. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to pass background screening requirements. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving adolescent male youth. Ability to provide positive mentorship and support healthy life-skill development.
