Continuous- Two Internship Opportunities
DAILY TASKS
Tasks that may be included in experience include: shadowing/co-facilitation of clinical and psychoeducation groups, daily support in consumer monitoring, documentation procedures, individual support of consumers with workbook completion, answering phones, assisting leadership with ensuring documents are copied and available for admissions, support in possession and room searches, and assistance with UDS completion weekly. Care coordination and additional duties may be assigned dependent upon internship requirements.
PLACEMENT IN SCHOOL
We provide Bachelor's and Master's level internships. No initial degree is required to engage in general internship for Social Work or Clinical Mental Health degree programs.

ADDITIONAL INTERNSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Interns may gain hours at Women's Center between the hours of 8 AM and 8PM, to include weekends, which may allow for additional flexibility to complete required hours. The ideal candidate will exhibit positive communication skills, growth mentality, ability to be a team player, exhibit compassion and empathy for the population served, and have a strong desire to learn. Those with work experience within SUD populations are preferred, but this is not required for practicum/internship candidates.

Your application will be sent with all materials to the Hiring Manager for the internship you have indicated you want to be considered for) The Program Director(s)/Hiring Manager will review your application and contact you should they wish to interview you for their internship opportunity. Managers will inform Human Resources of their decision (typically within 2-3 weeks of your application submission date) Human Resources will make an official offer for the internship. Human Resources will provide a Region Ten Welcome email which includes the non-employee hiring packet to the intern and additional information on orientation. Interns will also need to provide the following to

A TB screening/test Disclosure Statement Release Statement Criminal Background Check Department of Social Services Background Emergency Contact Form EEO Form Interns will be required to complete the following Training Assignments Full Day Orientation Confidentiality Training Abuse and Incident Reporting Human Rights Training Additional Training may be required depending on the program
