Support Coordinator Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Help Center Representative to provide support to current and former employees through phone, email, and chat channels. In this role, you will handle HR-related inquiries, maintain employee records, conduct exit interviews, and ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality. You will work closely with HR Partners and utilize systems such as Salesforce and Workday to resolve employee issues efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve inbound HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Conduct employee exit interviews and document findings appropriately. Create on-demand checks and support payroll-related requests as required. Open, manage, and maintain cases within the Salesforce case management system. Assist HR Partners in correcting, updating, and maintaining employee information in Workday. Investigate and resolve employee inquiries while providing timely and accurate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support tier, supervisor, or team lead when necessary. Utilize internal knowledge bases, Pulse, and other HR resources to locate and provide accurate information. Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level expectations. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information at all times. Support additional HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate?for this position is between $14/hr-$17/hr Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
