Help people build a better future—one relationship at a time. Pathways To A Better Life is seeking CCAR Certified Recovery Coaches to join our growing Recovery Coach Team. This unique role combines meaningful recovery coaching with assisting our intake team during new client admissions. Position Overview Recovery Coaches provide life skills coaching and practical support to individuals working toward greater independence and long-term recovery. Coaches also participate in scheduled intake admissions by assisting two-person search teams during the admission process to ensure belongings meet program guidelines. You'll become part of an established Recovery Coach Program with structured documentation, service tracking, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one recovery coaching and encouragement Assist clients in developing life skills and independent living skills Help clients establish healthy routines and recovery goals Document coaching services according to program requirements Participate on scheduled two-person intake search teams Assist with respectful, professional searches of client belongings during admissions Work collaboratively with clinical, residential, and intake staff Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and trauma-informed interactions Schedule Part-time Minimum 5 hours per week Up to 20 hours per week Hours may include scheduled client coaching appointments and planned intake admissions. Preferred Locations We're especially looking for applicants who live near: Kiel Waldo Sheboygan Hartford Applicants willing to assist at multiple Pathways locations are encouraged to apply. Qualifications Current CCAR Certified Recovery Coach certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery Ability to maintain professional boundaries Reliable transportation Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Why Pathways?
