Description At Pine Haven Christian Communities, our Life Enrichment team helps create meaningful moments that enrich the lives of our residents. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll build relationships, encourage participation, and help residents stay active, engaged, and connected through a variety of activities and programs. Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Every other Saturday rotation required Requirements Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities. Encourage residents to participate and stay socially engaged. Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship. Escort residents to and from activities as needed. Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment. Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and organizing supplies. Document activity participation and maintain required records. Observe residents and communicate any changes to the nursing team. Follow safety, infection control, and Pine Haven policies. Work as part of a caring, resident-centered team.
