Job Description
Director of Social Services Guardian Care and Rehab Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to provide direction, support, and leadership to the Social Services team. The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our facility's Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

- Must have a Bachelor's degree in social worker or related field
- Direct all social services activities including but not limited to: case management, case management coordination, community engagement activities, transportation, mentoring, theft and loss, resident grievances, mandated reporting of abuse, etc.,
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to social services programs.
- Ensure that all social services staff are aware of social service policies and procedures.
