This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of case managers supporting children and families. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable in Colorado child welfare regulations, and passionate about making a difference. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly supervision and ongoing support to Case Managers/Certifiers Assign and manage caseloads to ensure equity and efficiency Review and approve home studies, re-certifications, and certification documentation Ensure compliance with Colorado regulations (12 CCR 2509-8) and agency standards Provide guidance on complex cases, crisis situations, and placement challenges Monitor documentation quality, timelines, and overall team performance Facilitate team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations Maintain accurate records and ensure all certification processes meet state requirements
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or related field At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of Colorado child welfare regulations (12 CCR 2509-8) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Must pass all required background checks
Preferred:
