Our client is seeking a Licensed Social Worker - LICSW to work with older adults in a Long-term care Facility in Washington, DC, NW. This is a full schedule, 8:30 - 5, Monday-Friday.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Oversee the Social Service Department in a Long-term care facility
• Supervise Social Workers in the department
• Manage the psychosocial, emotional and physical needs of the residents, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting assessments, and managing care plans.
• Lead Discharge planning.
• Facilitate communication between families and staff.

• Masters degree in Social Work

• Long-term care experience
• Supervisory experience
