Responsibilities and Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to: Lead, coach, and support the Mobile Crisis Services Team to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery . Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training efforts with the program director and HR to ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services . Develop and manage the Mobile Crisis Services team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage. Strengthen follow-up and engagement efforts by implementing strategies that connect individuals with ongoing supports and services. Collaborate with the program director to ensure timely completion of Crisis documentation, assessments, intakes, and case follow-up in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards
