The Social Services Director will oversee all social services and resident advocacy efforts, working closely with residents, families, and staff to meet the social, emotional, and psychological needs of our residents. The Social Services Director will also ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and promote a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

• Minimum of 2-years' experience preferred
• Long term care experience preferred
• Must possess a friendly personality, the ability to listen as well as talk Advena Living, Your Career.
