Lallie Kemp Medical Center, Independence, Louisiana
DEPARTMENT
Social Services Department Description:
This position will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Patient Advocate Program for LSU-Health/Lallie Kemp Medical Center. In addition, the incumbent will supervise the functional operations of the day-to-day activities of the Social Services Department.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Social Work or other related Human Services field plus one (1) year of experience in a hospital setting and/or working with Medicaid and underinsured patients. Additionally, the incumbent must be a Licensed Masters' Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
