This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership:
Plan, organize, and oversee social services programs to meet the needs of residents, families, and the community.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Staff Management:
Supervise, train, and evaluate social services staff and support personnel.
Budget Oversight:
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and monitor program expenses.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.
Community Collaboration:
Build partnerships with healthcare providers, agencies, and community organizations.
Client Advocacy:
Address concerns, resolve issues, and advocate for residents and families.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on program outcomes, compliance, and performance metrics.
Fundraising & Grants:
Support grant writing and funding initiatives as needed.
Direct Services:
Provide case management and support in complex situations when required. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, Public Health, or a related field 3+ years of progressive experience in social services or healthcare setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of social work practices, regulations, and compliance standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience in a healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care setting Proven ability to build strong community partnerships Commitment to resident advocacy and quality care
