What You'll Do:

Provide clinical social work services to residents Support residents and families with emotional and psychosocial needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Assist with care planning and discharge planning processes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Promote and maintain high-quality, person-centered care

What You'll Need:

Licensed Social Worker in the State of Nebraska required Master of Social Work (MSW) required 3 years of experience providing clinical services in long-term care preferred Equivalent experience in medical or mental health settings will be considered Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Benefits Available to
