Basic Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications:

BS/BA Degree required; MA Degree in Social Work required; LSW in NJ preferred. Skill(s): Geriatric specific competencies including the ability to: assess a resident's psychosocial needs create and be an active participant in their plan of care be an active listener utilize strong visual skills demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills multi-task with productive time management.

Experience:

At least two years experience as a Social Worker in a Long Term Care facility preferred.
