In this role, you will oversee service delivery, foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social services programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and mentor social work staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth. Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, healthcare providers, and funding sources to enhance service coordination. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and behavioral health standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being. Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development efforts to foster a motivated team environment. Skills Proven management experience in overseeing social services or behavioral health programs. Strong background in program development, implementation, and evaluation within social work or related fields. Extensive experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their rights and independence. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders. Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting, record keeping, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance. Supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of care. Knowledge of behavioral health practices and strategies for supporting individuals with complex needs.
