Full Job Description Career Details:
Alvis is seeking a passionate Program Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of direct reports (e.g., Case Managers, Cognitive Behavior Specialists) in the facility. Employees in this position will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure clients are engaged on a consistent basis by learning and utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques and corrections/community corrections best practices. Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field (or equivalent training & experience)
Preferred Experience :
Two years of experience in corrections-based environment, non-profit community-based organization, or related field, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills :
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
