Weekend Shift Description:
Position Purpose:
Will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for persons served. Will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. Will prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. Will rotate on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments
What You Will Do:
Assist with scheduling of employees, ensuring all shifts are covered Perform duties as a clinician and have experience to complete walk-in process and admission criteria Support and encourage coworkers Cover one week a month of on-call duty for the CRC and ADAS unit (additional compensation)
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Human/Social Services and 2 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team) OR Bachelor's degree in Human/Social Services and 4 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team). Valid Driver's License required and ability to drive an organization vehicle Pre-Employment Physical/TB Pre-Employment Drug Screen Act 33/34/73 clearances Psychiatric Residential setting experienced preferred.

Schedule:
This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position Tuesday thru Saturday 4p-12mid. Schedule may vary according to program need.
