Mostly remote with option for hybrid. There are some limited travel requirements to housing properties each year.

$70,000 per year Position Summary The Director of Housing Support Services is responsible for oversight of social services at 35 housing properties spanning five states, including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida. The program director will be responsible for ensuring social service coordinators are delivering comprehensive community and resident service programming which align with the funders social service coordination framework across both family and senior communities. The director is responsible for building community resources and partnerships in all service areas. In addition, the director is responsible for completion and ensuring accuracy of all reporting duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversight of social services delivery at 35 housing properties spanning five states, including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Provide ongoing and consistent supervision to all social service coordinators. Ensuring social service coordinators are providing the service hour requirements and all job-related responsibilities. Assist and support positive collaboration with all building management across all sites. Oversight and review that all programmatic paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately within specific timeframes as designed by program design. Ensuring social service coordinators are delivering comprehensive community and resident service programming across all sites. Building and maintaining community resources and partnerships in all service areas focusing on: Health, Wellness & Nutrition Financial Literacy & Economic Empowerment Job Readiness, Workforce Development & Stability Academic Support & Youth Programming Social & Community Engagement Management of all MOU's in all service areas, and continue to build additional partnerships to support all sites. Completion and ensuring accuracy of all reporting responsibilities to funders. Submit required documentation to finance department to ensure billing requirements are met. Meets regularly with supervisor for, staff development, and program development and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelors of Social Work or equivalent degree At least two years of experience working with program population and supportive housing experience At least two years of supervisory experience
