(MSSI) is seeking an experienced and motivated Waivered Services Case Manager Supervisor to lead and oversee our newly contracted Waivered Services Case Management Program in Minnesota. This position is ideal for a strong leader with prior waiver case management experience who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities, older adults, and vulnerable populations in accessing quality community-based services. The Supervisor will provide leadership, clinical and administrative oversight, staff supervision, program development, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing service excellence.

Program Director / Executive Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and support Waivered Services Case Managers Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS regulations and agency policies Monitor documentation, assessments, service plans, and billing compliance Assist with program development, implementation, and quality improvement initiatives Provide training, mentorship, and performance supervision to staff Build relationships with counties, providers, families, and community partners Support crisis intervention and problem-solving for complex client situations Maintain high standards of ethical and culturally responsive service delivery Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field required Minimum of 3 years of experience in Minnesota Waivered Services Case Management Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Knowledge of Minnesota DHS waiver programs, including CADI, DD, BI, CAC, and Elderly Waiver Experience with MnCHOICES, person-centered planning, and community-based services Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Benefits Flexible scheduling opportunities Professional growth and leadership opportunities Supportive and culturally diverse work environment Paid training and continuing education opportunitiesJob Types:
