MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or no degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience Must pass background check, reference check, and drug test Must be able to work and interact professionally Valid Drivers License is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Education, Social Work, Social Services, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of direct experience May be required to drive a shuttle bus; valid state driver's license may be required. Oversee Youth Development Programs :
Implement engaging programs that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership skills, and positive character development. Create a
Safe and Supportive Environment :
Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and physically safe environment for all Club members. Manage Resources for
Optimal Results :
Efficiently manage the Club's budget, facilities, and resources to ensure high-quality programming and a well-maintained space.
Build Community Connections :
Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to establish a strong support network for young people.
Lead and Motivate Your Team :
Guide and mentor your staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. What You'll Bring to the
