PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS
Assess, evaluate and determine treatment services for the patient population. Oversee the utilization review functions for the hospital. Oversee and supervise the Program Specialists, Treatment Manager Supervisor and Treatment Managers to ensure appropriate programming and discharge planning for all patient populations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for areas of responsibility. Monitor and evaluate quality and appropriateness of social service interventions. Serve as a liaison between physicians, Allied Health Professionals, and the hospital. Accurately maintain files, logs and reports as requested or required. Develop, plan implement and conduct through programmatic scheme treatments according to the guidelines set by their discipline of standards or procedure. Work with and support the CEO, CNO, COO and CFO on hospital operations. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Conduct reinforces the Company's values and promotes the Code of Conduct. Meet leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program. Perform other duties as requested or required.
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Social Work required. Inpatient experience working with all patient populations is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license by the State of Texas in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) required. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider required.
