Interview, screen, and onboard new volunteers. Coordinate volunteer orientation and ongoing education. Match volunteers with patients based on location, availability, and patient needs. Provide guidance, encouragement, and ongoing support to volunteers. Maintain volunteer records, schedules, training, and documentation.
