Interview, screen, and onboard new volunteers. Coordinate volunteer orientation and ongoing education. Match volunteers with patients based on location, availability, and patient needs. Provide guidance, encouragement, and ongoing support to volunteers. Maintain volunteer records, schedules, training, and documentation. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience in hospice, volunteer coordination, healthcare, social services, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
