The role requires strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse urban/suburban community with an emphasis on community policing. Candidates must be U.S.citizens, at least 21, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be non-smokers, and pass the CPCA exam with at least 70%.
