Intake Specialist Miami, FL | Hybrid | $18/hr | Monday-Friday Make a Real Difference. Every Call Counts. What You Will Do Conduct intake, screening, and triage for callers seeking services Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate programs and resources Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for older adults and their families What You Need to Bring Bachelor's degree in social work or human services (required) 2+ years of experience in social work or human services Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 45+ WPM typing speed Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused If you lead with empathy and are ready to put your skills to work for people who truly need them, apply today.
