Our programs utilize an asset-based framework based on the 40 Developmental Assets, found by The Search Institute. Our organization specifically promotes, incorporates, and emphasizes over 24 of the 40 Developmental Assets within the regular programs and services we offer.
Member Duties :
Diamond in the Rough VISTA members will assist in developing youth programs, secure additional partners and funding through grants and recruit and train additional volunteers.
