Job Overview Caring For All Healthcare is a home care agency serving Metro Atlanta. We help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently at home through personalized, compassionate care. We're expanding and looking for a motivated, experienced Healthcare Marketer who can build referral relationships, generate new client leads, and represent our brand with excellence in the community. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabs, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new client referrals Track referral activity and report weekly results to management Represent Caring For All Healthcare at community events, expos, and networking meetings Collaborate with our intake team to ensure timely onboarding of new clients Experience Proven experience in home care, hospice, or home health marketing (minimum 1 year) Existing referral relationships in Metro Atlanta preferred Reliable transportation and professional appearance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who thrives on results and community connection Compensation Base + Commission or Commission-Only (depending on experience) Average commission: $500-$1,500 per new client referral Monthly bonuses for consistent performance Flexible schedule and independent work style Ideal Candidate This position is perfect for someone who: Already works with discharge planners, case managers, or social workers Loves networking and building relationships in healthcare Wants uncapped earning potential while making a difference How to Apply Submit your resume and a short message introducing yourself and your healthcare marketing experience.
