In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community, driving business development initiatives, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, account management, and marketing, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences and enhancing community partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for community engagement and outreach to promote our services. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to community needs. Engage in direct sales efforts, networking events, and community gatherings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends and community feedback to inform business development strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory management efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management is essential. Strong background in account management, lead generation, and direct sales processes. Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. A proactive approach to building relationships within the community.
