In this role, you will: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate structured activity programs, including creative arts, recreation, wellness, social skills, service-learning, and community engagement opportunities. Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities that support youths' social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental goals. Create and maintain daily and monthly activity schedules and coordinate on-campus and community-based events and outings. Collaborate with clinical, residential, PBIS, recreation therapy, and program leadership teams to ensure programming supports individualized treatment goals. Monitor, document, and evaluate youth participation and engagement in activities and special programs. Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention in partnership with the Development Department. Build relationships with community organizations and volunteers to enhance programming and expand available resources for youth. Maintain activity spaces, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment. Participate in required trainings, multidisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Perform other duties, special projects, and assignments as directed by leadership. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Minimum one year of experience coordinating activities, youth programming, volunteer programs, or related services. Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals receiving behavioral health services preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to facilitate engaging group activities and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire, preferred.
