Position Summary:
The Volunteer Coordinator leads and administers all aspects of the volunteer program including: recruitment, orientation, retention and management of volunteers.Key Responsibilities:
Interact effectively with staff and volunteers to optimize volunteer program Actively recruit volunteers through outreach methods Onboard all new volunteers Organize and maintain volunteer database and schedules Monitor volunteer vehicle permits and ID badges Other duties as assignedDesired Skills:
AA degree and two years work experience in HR, employee supervision, education or related field Understanding of volunteer program or staffing coordination Able to work with multiple departments to coordinate program needsValid Driver's License Schedule:
