What You'll Do As the Entitlement Specialist, you will serve as a liaison to the Social Security Administration and be responsible for the administrative record-keeping for clients for whom Oaklawn takes on payee responsibilities.
Primary duties:
Serve as Liaison to the Social Security Administration and to Oaklawn's General Accounting Office for Payee matters. Provide administrative support, record-keeping, and auditing of payee accounts. Maintain documentation of services and Social Security information in a way that it is clearly understood and easily accessed by others who need to know.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required. BA/BS in a human services related field preferred. 1 -2 years' experience in a social service setting preferred.
