Community Liaison / Hospice Sales Representative Role Overview A compassionate and self-motivated Community Liaison is needed to support hospice outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout the Fredericksburg area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting families, and making a meaningful impact within the community. As the face of the organization in the field, you will promote hospice services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help families access compassionate end-of-life care. This position plays a key role in driving census growth while serving as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community agencies. Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational visits. Increase referrals and support census growth across the service area. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on hospice care and services. Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required. Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred. Proven relationship-building and account management skills. Prior clinical experience is a plus. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required. Compensation $65,000 - $75,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. #RIMUS
