Program offerings provide treatment services to diverse populations with emotional and behavioral health impairments. The Youth Service Specialist position is an integral part of a multidisciplinary treatment approach to care. The YSS position is one that requires an interactive approach work working with the youth that we serve.

WEEKEND OPTION NOW HIRING YOUTH SERVICE SPECIALISTS

Youth Service Specialists work with youth in a 24 hour residential program. 24 hour facility working with youth who have emotional and behavioral impairments. (1st Shift 7:00AM-3:30PM, 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:30PM, 3rd Shift 11:00PM-7:30AM) Night shift staff are "awake staff." Competitive pay with progressive performance reviews. Shift differential for second and third shift / Weekend rotation. Growth potential through consistent attendance, hard work, job dedication. Qualifications and Skills Are you qualified? (Initial Screening) Minimum high school diploma / at least 21 years of age. Ability and desire to work with youth ages 12-18. Understanding of emotional and behavioral impairments. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience working with at risk youth preferred. Ability to teach youth coping skills to foster emotional change. Professional interaction with others.
