Job Description
We continue to grow and need to add another Quality and Rights Specialist to our team at DPOK! This position will assist people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their support network by providing education and information about people's rights, how to transition back home from institutional settings and comprehensive choice of providers and options. This position will also be responsible for completing quality reviews and follow up. A positive attitude, customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and a responsive and supportive mind-set are central to the position. Associate's degree is preferred, but not required. Experience working in the I/DD service system, social services, human services or disability related field is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes being off work at 12:30pm on Fridays. The full-time position also includes a competitive benefit package that includes a monthly cash benefit allowance, health, dental, disability and life insurance, along with a 403(b) savings plan and KPERS.
