What You'll Do:
The Youth Engagement Navigator is responsible for supporting the engagement and coordination of young adults in the On Ramp Resource Center which serves as a drop-in center for young adults 16-24 years of age. The Relatives - On Ramp Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. The Youth Engagement Navigator is responsible for engaging with, and providing support to, young people in the On Ramp Resource Center and in our community. This includes offering support to young people by assessing their needs, providing appropriate referrals and resources, and following up on their progress. The Youth Engagement Navigator will also be responsible for developing relationships with youth-serving organizations, attending community events to promote the organization's services, and creating workshops/presentations to engage youth. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required.
