Overview Join our compassionate team as a Hospice Community Liaison, where you'll serve as a vital bridge between patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources. Your energetic and empathetic approach will help ensure that individuals facing life-limiting illnesses receive the highest quality of care and support. In this dynamic role, you'll actively promote hospice services, build strong relationships within the community, and facilitate seamless communication to enhance patient comfort and dignity. Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to promote hospice services effectively. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions to inform potential clients and referral partners about hospice care options. Manage a designated territory by identifying new opportunities, maintaining existing partnerships, and ensuring consistent outreach efforts. Collaborate with medical professionals to understand patient needs and coordinate appropriate hospice solutions. Lead negotiations with referral sources to secure admissions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track progress and follow-up activities. Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and informational seminars to raise awareness about hospice services. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical product demonstrations with a focus on technical or scientific equipment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals within a territory management framework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and analysis. Background in healthcare sales, medical equipment technical sales, or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication and trust-building techniques. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
