The Role:
Join our ACT Team as a Peer Specialist, supporting adults with severe mental illness on their journey to recovery. Utilizing both personal experience and formal training, you'll foster supportive relationships, aid in developing Wellness Action Plans, and connect individuals with community resources. Your role involves advocating for peers, facilitating open dialogue, and ensuring timely documentation. Evening and weekend availability may be required to assist clients in crisis. Lived experience of mental illness and recovery and/or has worked in a
Peer Support Center:
