Driver's License Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsible for facilitating relationships with prospective patients, physicians, and other referral sources interested in hospice care. You are responsible for upholding the organization's mission to deliver exceptional care by driving referral growth and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and the community. This role requires a commitment to representing our organization professionally, educating the community, and ensuring our organization remains a trusted resource for patients, their families, and our community partners.
Responsibilities:
Referral relationship management Compliance and professional standards Processes new referrals and ensures all necessary information, i.e., H&P, Orders, Demographics, Rx is available. Coordinates referrals from the doctor's office, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, etc. to the office.
  • Delivers orders to physicians for signatures.
  • Liaison between referral sources and office staff. Observes confidentiality and safeguards patient-related information. Achieve referral goals set forth by the company and self per month.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Meet or exceed established referral and admission targets.
Demonstrate effective time management and maintain a consistent schedule of outreach and follow ups. Provide accurate and timely reporting on referral activities and market share feedback. Maintain professionalism, compassion, and a patient centered approach in all interactions.

VP of Business Development Physical Demands:
Requires talking and listening to effectively convey instructions and information to clients and staff members; can communicate effectively and sensitively with other staff members, referral sources, clients, family members of clients, and physicians. Requirements 1. Are you currently marketing Home Health or Hospice in Las Vegas? 2. Are you currently getting over 10 (ten) start of cares per month?
Experience :
Currently a Hospice Marketer Has mature accounts that are producing referrals Have 3 years or more years of healthcare sales/marketing experience Presents pre-employment physician's health clearances (state specific) such as negative TB skin tests and/or SCX, free from communicable disease, and any other required state-specific statutes.
Skills:
Excellent communication and time management skills Self-driven Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources Exemplifies good oral, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Transportation:
Current driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with agency requirements and is in good working order and has alternative reliable transportation.
Other:
Must pass a drug test and background check Must be a Nevada resident. Familiar with hospice documentation requirements
