$46,000-48,000/Year TANF Youth Workforce Connector Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone's life? Are you goal-driven? Then the TANF Youth Workforce Connector position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team. As a TANF Youth Workforce Connector, you will be responsible for building relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to connect participants to available services and to aid individuals who need further assistance. Successful Elements Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations Disseminate information about our program to community-based organizations Provide individualized assessment of work, family and personal development needs and opportunities Conduct eligibility determination and case management Conduct intake assessments to create Individual Service Strategies (ISS) to guide customers on their path to employment Provide referrals to appropriate programs, community service sites or social service agencies when needed Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Regional travel is required Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required Bring your expertise to EDSI where you will be able to live our values every day: Show Up, Smile, and Support!
