YOUR JOB
As a Permanency Specialist, you'll play a critical role on the child and family service team, supporting children and families in achieving safe, stable, and permanent living arrangements. This role focuses on permanency planning, family engagement, and coordination of services in alignment with the organization's mission and applicable regulations.

  • Prior experience in child welfare, foster care, or permanency services
  • Familiarity with court systems and regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING
(Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field
  • Experience working with children, families, or social service systems preferred
  • Knowledge of child welfare principles and permanency planning
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Candidate must possess valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance and state registration
