We provide dependable, personalized in-home support that helps seniors and individuals maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life at home. We are looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Liaison / Home Care Marketer to help expand our presence throughout DFW and develop strong referral partnerships. What You'll Do The primary focus of this position is business development and referral generation.

You will:

Build and maintain relationships with senior placement agencies, assisted living communities, independent living communities, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice agencies, home health agencies, senior centers, geriatric care managers, elder-care professionals and other potential referral sources. Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners throughout DFW. Introduce Savanchi Home Care's services to healthcare and senior-care professionals. Identify opportunities for new private-pay home care clients. Schedule meetings and presentations with potential referral partners. Follow up consistently with existing and prospective referral sources. Attend networking events, senior-care events and community outreach opportunities. Distribute marketing and referral materials to appropriate organizations. Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, referrals, leads and follow-up activities. Communicate qualified client opportunities promptly to management. Help develop creative strategies to increase Savanchi Home Care's visibility throughout DFW. Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in: Home care Home health Hospice Assisted living or senior living Rehabilitation or skilled nursing Senior placement Healthcare sales Community outreach Healthcare business development Existing relationships with DFW healthcare and senior-care referral sources are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable walking into facilities, introducing themselves to new people, making outbound calls, conducting presentations and developing professional relationships from the ground up. Qualifications Previous marketing, sales, community liaison or business-development experience preferred. Healthcare or senior-care industry experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable conducting both telephone and in-person outreach. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned DFW territory. Professional appearance and communication. Ability to track activities and results consistently. What Success Looks Like This is a results-oriented outreach position. Success will be measured through activities and outcomes such as: New referral-source relationships established In-person referral partner visits Partnership meetings scheduled Qualified client referrals generated Consultations resulting from marketing activities New client acquisition Consistent follow-up with referral partners Compensation $23-$25/hour, based on relevant experience and existing industry relationships.
