For nearly 100 years, the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) has been a trusted pioneer in hospice care, helping our neighbors age with dignity and independence. Our mission-driven work spans 16 counties across North Texas—including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, and Tarrant to rural communities in Fannin and Navarro—ensuring no one faces life's transitions alone. Beyond hospice, our community roots run deep through programs like Meals on Wheels. We are looking for a Chaplain who thrives in a collaborative, IDT environment and is ready to carry forward our legacy of compassionate, high-quality spiritual care. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources in your assigned territory Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare partners Represent VNA Texas with professionalism, warmth, and expertise Educate partners on hospice and palliative services with clarity and compassion Strategically grow admissions while honoring patient needs Participate in community outreach and relationship-building initiatives Maintain CRM tracking and referral reporting Collaborate with Marketing leadership on territory growth strategy This role blends strategic business development with heart-centered service. Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare sales experience required Hospice experience strongly preferred Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Professional presence with high emotional intelligence Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Must successfully pass background and reference checks Education Backelor's Degree (Preferred) Schedule Saturday and Sunday PRN The Visiting Nurse Association of Texas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
