Hospice Community Liaison/Marketer Job Type:
Full-time We are currently seeking Outside Sales Representative with established connections and an abundance of Hospice Sales experience. Come join the Trucare Hospice and Palliative Services marketing team, located in Sugar Land,TX.
Summary of Major Functions:
Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Trucare Hospice and Palliative Services, meeting sales quota and conversion ratio requirements. Promote and position Trucare Hospice and Palliative Services programs and services to medical professional, civic, and community through regular visits in a manner that illustrates and reflects Trucare Hospice quality of care and value. In this exciting role, you will market our Hospice services to industry professionals, the community, and individuals and/or families in a manner that illustrates and reflects the quality of Trucare Hospice and Palliative Services. Marketing plan to focus and target: Assisted Living Facility
  • Personal Home Care Facility
  • Hospital
  • Discharge Planner Oncology/Radiation Oncology Meeting with families to introduce, evaluate, and educate on hospice and palliative services Facilitate admission of the critical need hospice or palliative patients from these accounts Organize community education seminars each quarter specific to critical end of life, the disease progression and palliative care
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, driven by meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
General background will include:
Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field is a plus 2 years minimum hospice sales experience Strong time management skills Valid and current auto insurance and driver's license is required

To maintain our quality standard, all offers of employment with Trucare Care Hospice are contingent upon a satisfactory background check as well as drug screening, and TB testing (if required for the position). Trucare Hospice also uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization with both the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
