What You'll Do Adult Protective Services Case Management Investigate reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly and disabled individuals, in accordance with state and local policies by conducting detailed interview in the field and by phone from various sources. Case documentation in the APS database Peer Place and the LTC screening database EMLS. Participate in worker led case assignment groups, Quality assurance workgroups, APS State Consultant meetings. Participate in unit, division, agency & community meetings related to the work of the department. Prepare written reports and testify in court in both civil and criminal proceedings.
