Hourly Rate:

$17-19/hour

Schedule:

Full time 40 hours/week with weekend scheduling

REQUIRED

PRSS certification Job duties/responsibilities: Provide lived experience expertise and interact with multi-disciplinary treatment team Maintain regular contact with referral sources as indicated Update on consumer's progress; participate in regularly scheduled treatment team meetings Prepare and conduct reviews with referral sources Medical record documentation and documentation of all client or peripheral contacts Provide transportation for clients to access community resources Emergency services duty on rotation that may include commitment procedures, after hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion Other duties as assigned
