Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm •Background Check Required•

Qualities Required:

Excellent communication, both oral and written Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with mandated regulations Professional and organized Detail-Oriented Computer Proficient Dependable Upbeat/positive attitude Able to work in a fast paced work environment Previous customer service experience is required Responsibilities include: Determine initial & ongoing eligibility Welcome and support applicants through the process Confidently explain and administer program requirements Read, understand, and comply with federal policies and procedures, and explain them to applicants and participants Maintain relationships with community-based organizations, staff, and landlords Send correspondence to tenants and landlords Accurately maintain caseload files Perform other duties as assigned Helping people succeed.
