Full Job Description Job Description:
The Substance Use Disorder Treatment Therapist will be seeing clients who struggle with substance use disorder to assist them in recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders through counseling, education, role modeling, and empathetic support.
What you will be doing:
Plan, manage, and direct client caseload as well as individual treatment of clients. Provide clinical documentation, which is accurate, timely, and in accordance with all regulatory standards. Maintain clinical records to comply with all applicable standards. Provide Crisis Intervention and Resolution services as needed. Provide consultation to individuals and groups regarding substance use disorders and mental health treatment. Know and follow established program policies and procedures. Exhibit a proper attitude and work ethic as established by Program Director and Center standards. Meet productivity standards as defined by the Center. Complete other duties as assigned.
