Executive Director Clinical Director Qualifications:
Must have two to five years experience working in SUD/AOD treatment program and have completion of all approved alcohol and other drug certification requirements- supervised internships available with Master's in psychology, sociology and/or counseling including registration with an approved Board. Must be familiar with creating treatment plans, DSM V, diagnosis and assessment. Requires practical application of case management skills, preparing and presenting curriculum, familiarity with 12-Step program philosophy and practice. If in recovery, must have a minimum of five years of uninterrupted sobriety. Case Manager will include carrying a caseload of 5-8 women at any one time and offer support to transitional housing when requested: Provide case management of on daily schedule, group facilitation, admission criteria and clinical paperwork, client admissions, evaluations and assessments; Manage a case load of a minimum of five to seven clients; Collaborate weekly with Clinical Supervisor on client concerns and assist team in resolving concerns such as suicidal ideation, safety contracts, medication issues and behavioral contacts; preparation for clinical team meetings; Provide Quality Assurance on charting and record keeping; Provide support to overnight and weekend staff on client issues needing special attention such as behavioral contracts, safety contracts, consequences and limit settingJob Types:
