Job Description
Covert Action is an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment clinic. We believe in a patient-centered approach and are looking for someone to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions to individual caseload Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans Maintain patient records per clinic and regulatory standards Coordinate care with other involved parties and referral sources Hours expected are Monday-Wednesday 5 AM- 12:30 PM, Thursday-Friday 5 AM
- 10 AM, and one Saturday from 6:00 AM
- 7:30 AM every 6 weeks.
