Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and experienced Chemical Dependency Counselors to join our team in a full-time capacity. Opportunities available in Inpatient Services and IOP Services. The ideal candidates will possess licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and hold credentials such as LCPC/LPC or

LCSW/LSW.

Position Summary:

The Clinician, Substance Use Disorder is responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, coordinating care, and determining eligibility for patients meeting substance abuse programming criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive ASAM 4 Level of Care Assessments and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical records system. Complete general substance abuse assessments for ages 12 and up based on need. Deliver clinical interventions for acute and high-risk substance use disorder patients and communicate updates to the treatment team. Utilize a harm reduction approach to support patient engagement and safety when appropriate. Participate in team meetings to assist with growth, ongoing training and department development. Facilitate a few substances use prevention groups and provide coverage as needed for substance abuse programming.

Required :

LPC, LSW, in addition to CADC. (Active and in good standing). Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage complex, high-acuity patient cases. Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration. Leadership, training and supervisory capabilities. Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
